This company is going to provide its business services to a company resident in Canada, therefore, it requires a certificate of residence for the year from 01/01/2015 to 12/31/2015.
Resolution:
The fact foreseen in the rule for the case of legal entities is the incorporation, therefore, the only verification to be made will be that the period for which certification is required is between the date of registration in the Public Records and the date of extinction, the latter if applicable. Consequently, the issuance of the Certificate of Residence in Peru to the company Perú Verde S.A. for the period requested from 01/01/2015 to 31/12/2015 is appropriate, due to the fact that it complies with the condition of being incorporated in Peru.
